Full Plate Living is a free membership offered by the non-profit Ardmore Institute of Health. It will teach you how to start eating a high-fiber diet, which is a delicious, scientifically proven approach that can lead to more energy, lower cholesterol, better blood sugar, and weight loss.

Since 2001, Food for Life has been a pioneer in advancing healthier living and better health outcomes in communities around the world. FFL classes now open and offered EVERY Tuesday at 5:30pm in the Allendale County Hospital cafeteria.
